What method of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Rainbow Gift Cards.

 

How do I track my shipment?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has left our warehouse that includes a tracking link for your order. Click on the link in the email to view tracking information.

 

Do you offer gift receipts?
We do not offer gift receipts.

 

How is sales tax calculated?
We charge sales and use tax according to Federal and State guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.

Note that the taxes presented at time of order submission are only an estimate. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be performed when the order ships, and your credit card is charged.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We offer standard shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer express shipping to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders can only ship via Standard Shipping.

 

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship internationally.

 

What is your return policy? 
Any new, unused item purchased on dreams-design.com may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please review our full return policy prior to returning your item.

 

How do I cancel or change my order?
Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a 15 minute window for order cancellation. Please call Customer Service at (561) 338-2440 immediately if you have placed an order in error.

 

How do I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to perform online exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange any or all of your purchased items, please first check availability on our site. If the preferred item is available, please place a new order and follow the return instructions above to send back your original order.
